- Behavioural data: Betting history, login timestamps, and platform interaction records
Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

Your Rights
As a data subject under GDPR, you hold the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data held about you.

Security
Locowin maintains a comprehensive security infrastructure to protect user accounts, personal data, and financial transactions. The measures described below are applied consistently across the platform.
Data Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and the platform is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. Data stored on platform servers is protected through industry-standard encryption methods. This applies to personal information, financial records, and session data.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Users are able to activate two-factor authentication on their accounts as an additional layer of protection. When enabled, account access requires both your password and a verification code sent to your registered device. Locowin recommends enabling this feature to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
Account Monitoring
Automated systems continuously monitor account activity for indicators of suspicious or unauthorised behaviour, including:
- Login attempts from unrecognised devices or locations
- Repeated failed authentication attempts
- Unusual patterns in deposit or withdrawal activity
- Multiple session conflicts
Where a potential security incident is detected, the platform may temporarily suspend account access and contact you through your registered communication details.
User Responsibilities
The security of your account also depends on the steps you take as a user. You are expected to:
- Use a strong and unique password for your account.
- Never share your login credentials with any other person.
- Log out of the platform after each session on shared or public devices.
- Report any suspected unauthorised access to Locowin’s support team immediately.
Reporting Security Concerns
If you identify a security vulnerability or suspect that your account has been compromised, contact Locowin’s support team without delay. The platform operates a defined process for investigating and responding to security reports.
